Cattle Baron Cabernet

Crafted from Clone 4, this Cabernet Sauvignon clone was bottled as a stand-alone because it did not play well with the other clones this year! While the others are more fruit forward, Clone 4 is earthy and dry. Some years our Cabernet Sauvignon Clonal Blend benefits from the addition of Clone 4, but some years it does not. That is why we take the extra step of harvesting, fermenting and aging all of our clones separately.
